Do i really need idx?

Adding IDX to your website can depend on a lot of things, including the marketing plans you already have. From my experience with client websites, IDX hasn't proven to be very beneficial. If someone is looking to search for a home online, they'll resort to websites like Trulia and Zillow to take a peek at what's on the market. They'll visit your website to get to know you as the agent. They're looking to find a connection and a realtor they can trust. It's still super important to showcase your listings on your site, as it represents success and expertise. But there are plenty of alternative ways to do this. We'll partner together and research for other features that would compliment your current marketing strategies.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET LEADS?

It can take as little as 1 week or 6  months depending on your marketing efforts, strategy, and other components. For a website to be successful it needs traffic to land on the site and to be able to capture that traffic. I offer SEO as a way to help boost your website in search engines and it can be very rewarding for a long period of time but, it's important to understand that SEO is a marathon not a sprint. After we've invested time into your keywords & content, you can expect a steady stream of incoming prospect for years to come. Whereas paid are only for the length of time you are willing to leave credit card on the table.

Yes! After we successfully launch your site, you'll receive training on how to update, manage, and make edits to your website. We'll go over any and all questions and you'll receive a pre-recorded video that you can refer back to as needed. Even after the project is completed, you'll have access to me incase any new questions pop-up.
