Hello, I'm Marie aka Kreative Kat

It all began with my first job as a cold-caller for a Real Estate Brokerage...

I came to learn about the real estate world as a cold caller for a real estate company. I experienced first hand how challenging it could be for agents to get their next client and for brokers to consistently bring in leads.

Having a technical background in website development, and seeing how this industry was missing out in the online world, I decided to start Kreative Kat Co.

My mission as a real estate website designer is to help realtors share their amazing service with the rest of their community by using SEO to bring in leads and Website Design to capture those leads.

I came to learn about the real estate world as a cold caller for a real estate company. AS A HOME BUYER MYSELF:
I realized how powerful a website for agents could be because, that's how I decided to pick an agent for myself.

Way before I started Kreative Kat Co, I was in the midst of wanting to purchase my first home. And being a millennial, I went online, Googled for agents within a specific area, found a broker's website, went through the list of agents, saw many agent photos with mini bio's, but only one agent had a link to her personal website.

I clicked on it, saw more of her photos, read about her and the helpful articles about the area I was interested in moving into. And it immediately made me feel like, "she's was the one".

Her website convinced me to work with her before I even spoke to her. It created a connection and trust factor.

WHY I LOVE WORKING WITH AGENTS:
I really enjoy working with agents because I admire how hard they work every day to succeed. It requires a lot of grit, determination, and patience, and that's praiseworthy. I'm here to cheer them on, help them them out, and boost their online presence so more people in their community can learn about them.

Do i really need idx?

Do i really need idx?

Adding IDX to your website can depend on a lot of things, including the marketing plans you already have. From my experience with client websites, IDX hasn't proven to be very beneficial. If someone is looking to search for a home online, they'll resort to websites like Trulia and Zillow to take a peek at what's on the market. They'll visit your website to get to know you as the agent. They're looking to find a connection and a realtor they can trust. It's still super important to showcase your listings on your site, as it represents success and expertise. But there are plenty of alternative ways to do this. We'll partner together and research for other features that would compliment your current marketing strategies.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET LEADS?

It can take as little as 1 week or 6 months depending on your marketing efforts, strategy, and other components. For a website to be successful it needs traffic to land on the site and to be able to capture that traffic. I offer SEO as a way to help boost your website in search engines and it can be very rewarding for a long period of time but, it's important to understand that SEO is a marathon not a sprint. After we've invested time into your keywords & content, you can expect a steady stream of incoming prospect for years to come. Whereas paid are only for the length of time you are willing to leave credit card on the table.

First, we'll hop on a strategy call to really dig into your business goals and what you're all about. We'll chat about your services and who you're trying to reach. Then, we'll craft a strategy that not only fits right in with what you're already doing but also streamlines some of your daily tasks, if you have any. Next, we'll put all our plans into action and work our magic. And finally, I'll give you all the training you need to manage your site like a pro. WILL I BE ABLE TO UPDATE THE SITE ON MY OWN?

Yes! After we successfully launch your site, you'll receive training on how to update, manage, and make edits to your website. We'll go over any and all questions and you'll receive a pre-recorded video that you can refer back to as needed. Even after the project is completed, you'll have access to me incase any new questions pop-up.
